Start here:
Spend time in nature.
Identify ways your environment may be helping or hurting your brain health.

Keep your home well-ventilated and toxin free. by avoiding second-hand smoke, installing carbon monoxide detectors, and checking radon and lead levels.
Challenge yourself more:

Drink purified water that is free from chemicals and heavy metals like aluminum, lead and mercury which all have a negative effect the on human brain.

Other challenges might be a little harder to do. In fact, you might feel resistance about adopting them at first because you may know they will be difficult to maintain for a long time.
